ACC

Before undertaking any construction project or modifying the exterior of your home/lot, please submit an application to the Nottingham Forest Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for review and approval at least 30 days before you begin your project.  For new construction projects or major additions, please submit early on during design phase (or 90 days before start of construction) in order to avoid any updates or major rework of your drawings in the event of a rejection.  In general, most landscaping and minor home maintenance does not require ACC approval, but ask the ACC if in doubt.  Turnaround time is greatly improved when you provide a detailed description of the project including pictures, surveys, and/or architectural drawings.  Also, please include information on materials and colors such as shingles, siding, paint, etc.  Our neighborhood deed restrictions and ACC guidelines can be viewed on the website and to help speed up the process,
